YELF Africa was founded in 2012 with a simple belief: every young African deserves access to the skills, mentorship, and opportunities that unlock their full potential — regardless of background or circumstance.
Today we operate across 6 regions of Ghana, delivering leadership academies, apprenticeship networks, robotics programs, entrepreneurship training, and career development support to over 5,000 young people.
